Believa UK Online Returns Policy & Procedure
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied you may return the item for a full refund, less any shipping and handling costs.
In order to receive the full refund, please review the following:
All Believa products come with a guaranteed results or your money back policy – a 30-day money back promise, starting from date of purchase (excluding shipping and handling), when purchased directly from www.believa.co.uk.
To request a refund within the 30-day money back promise period, please contact our Customer Care team on email@example.com and state the following:
• Your full name
• Email address associated with the order placed
• Reason for return
• Intended date of return
A confirmation email will be sent back to you with the mailing address of the UK warehouse and shipping and packing requirements. To ensure prompt resolution, please include your name, address within the package you are returning. Please return the items in the original box and packing materials along with the items.
Once received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days to process your refund.
Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage to prove to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items and we should be notified of any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Please notify us immediately by emailing our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.
Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at retail outlets.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
